1. Introduction

Welcome to Saylo – Smart Writing (“App”, “Service”) operated by INGLISH MONSTR, TOO (BIN: 230240030065, DUNS: 989374730, Shamshi Qaldyakov 40/1, Astana, 010000, Kazakhstan, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Saylo is an AI-powered writing enhancement application that allows users to refine, adapt, and improve text content.

The App generates suggestions and rewritten content using artificial intelligence. AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for all purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by the App before using or publishing it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Saylo offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly Pro Subscription – billed monthly via Apple ID

• Yearly Pro Subscription – billed annually via Apple ID

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings at any time.

Billing

All payments are processed by Apple. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your selected payment method.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or disrupt the App

• Interfere with security or system integrity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user-submitted text), are owned by the Company or its licensors.

You retain ownership of text you submit to the App. However, you grant us a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate or modify text.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy

• Reliability

• Legal compliance

• Suitability for professional, academic, or commercial use

You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, or

• 100 USD

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
